Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for hepatocellular carcinoma; (2) Age =40 years old and =80 years old, gender not limited; (3) Patients with Child-Pugh grade A or B; (4) The NRS score is =4 points within 24 hours before screening; (5) Patients with an expected survival period of more than 3 months; (6) Clear consciousness, capable of assessing one's own pain and quality of life; (7) Those who understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other physiological or pathological pain; (2) Patients who have undergone tumor resection within the past 3 to 6 months; (3) Patients with severe complications such as persistent ascites, abdominal infection, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver failure, and abdominal bleeding; (4) Patients suffering from severe acute or chronic organ diseases or mental disorders; (5) Patients with contraindications to electroacupuncture, such as those with local skin damage, those who are particularly sensitive to electric current, those with pacemakers or cardiovascular stents; (6) Women patients who are pregnant, lactating or planning to conceive in the near future; (7) Patients who have previously received electroacupuncture treatment; (8) Patients who are scheduled for surgery within the last 28 days.
