Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria for study subjects: aged 60-75 years; education level above junior high school; right-handed; meeting the criteria of the revised Alzheimer's Disease Diagnostic and Staging Standards (2024 edition) established by the National Institute on Aging-Alzheimer's Association (NIA-AA); positive plasma p-tau217; MMSE score =15; CDR score = 1-2; HIS (Hachinski score) =4; signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The individual has unstable diabetes, obstructive pulmonary disease, or asthma; a history of bleeding disorders or malignancy within the past 2 years, hypothyroidism, vitamin B or folate deficiency; conclusive clinical evidence of active gastrointestinal, renal, hepatic, endocrine, or cardiovascular disease, bradycardia, or sick sinus syndrome; other neurological or psychiatric conditions, such as Parkinson's disease, stroke, epilepsy, bipolar or unipolar depression, schizophrenia; a history of loss of consciousness due to traumatic brain injury or a modified Hachinski score =4; known or suspected alcohol or substance abuse within the past decade; or abnormal visual or auditory function that cannot be corrected to enable normal functioning.
