20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Women who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary infertility: married for at least one year, cohabiting with normal sexual activity, and have never conceived despite not using any contraceptive measures; (2) Individuals with a PSQI score greater than 7; (3) Age between 20 and 45 years; (4) Capable of reading questionnaires normally, with fluent language expression, and willing to provide informed consent and participate voluntarily in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with sleep apnea syndrome, restless legs syndrome, or narcolepsy; (2) Patients who have taken sleep aids or sedatives in the past three months; (3) Patients with concurrent mental or neurological disorders; (4) Patients who have experienced major stress events recently; (5) Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or significant physical diseases such as coagulation disorders; (6) Patients currently participating in other research projects; (7) Patients allergic to ear acupoint adhesive patches.
