Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for severe stroke and conforms to the standards of apoplexy in traditional Chinese medicine; (2) Age 18–100 years, gender; (3) Admitted to the hospital within 24 hours after the onset of severe stroke; (4) Complete clinical data available, sufficient to meet the requirements for casein clinical research, with all patients having complete radiological-related; (5) Understands and follows the clinical trial procedures, voluntarily participates, and signs the informed consent form (which can be signed voluntarily by the individual or their guardian).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Preexisting pneumonia, severe chronic lung disease requiring aerobic treatment (such as COPDGOLD Class III-IV) or other active infections at the time of admission; (2)Special population: patients with tumors, immunosuppressants or concurrent immunodeficiency diseases, chronic lung diseases, mechanical ventilation, and respiratory failure caused by other systemic diseases; (3)Accompanied by severe heart, liver and kidney diseases; (4)Women who are pregnant or nursing or who have family planning and are unwilling to use effective contraceptive measures; (5)Patients whose condition continues to deteriorate and it is difficult to cooperate with subsequent treatment; (6)Received antibiotic treatment within 72 hours before admission (to avoid concealing clinical symptoms of SAP); (7)Local infection at acupuncture points; (8)Those who are currently participating in or who participated in other clinical investigators three months prior to inclusion.
