20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Currently active athletes with a history of sports injuries; (2) Individuals who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for meniscus injury; (3) MRI indicates meniscus injury Grade II or below; (4) Age between 20 and 40 years, gender unrestricted; (5) No history of medication treatment or physical therapy (e.g., acupuncture and massage) in the past month; (6) Volunteers who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tears or ruptures of the anterior cruciate ligament, collateral ligaments, and meniscus grade II or above; (2) Patients with acute injuries, joint redness and swelling, or other conditions unsuitable for exercise therapy; (3) Patients who have undergone knee joint surgery; (4) Patients with knee osteoarthritis; (5) Patients with knee skin injuries, tumors, tuberculosis, or osteomyelitis; (6) Patients with psoriasis, syringomyelia, xanthoma, metabolic bone diseases, or acute trauma; (7) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular diseases, or mental disorders.
