Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria and syndrome criteria for back fasciitis of the type of wind-cold-dampness pathogenic factors: Diagnosis criteria for back fasciitis: In accordance with the "Diagnosis and Treatment Criteria for Chinese Medicine Diseases" (National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Diagnosis and Treatment Criteria for Chinese Medicine Diseases: ZY/T001.1-94 [M]. Nanjing: Nanjing University Press, 1994), the diagnostic criteria for back fasciitis are as follows: (1) There may be a history of improper treatment after trauma, overexertion, or exposure to wind-cold. (2) Back pain with muscle stiffness and a sensation of heaviness, often related to weather changes, with symptoms worsening during rainy days or after fatigue. (3) Fixed tender points or widespread tenderness in the back. Stiffness in the back muscles, with cord-like changes often palpable along the sacrospinalis muscle. Normal function of the waist and back. Syndrome criteria for back fasciitis of the wind-cold-dampness type: Back pain with stiffness, traction pain in the posterior neck and shoulders, severe cases may involve pain radiating to the upper arm, accompanied by aversion to cold. Pale tongue with white coating, taut and tight pulse. (2) Back pain visual analog scale (VAS) score is 30-70mm; (3) Age is 18-60 years, gender; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form, able to complete the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, malignant tumors, hematopoietic system disorders, or mental illnesses; (2) Patients with skin breaks, infections, skin diseases, or allergies to moxibustion smoke at the treatment site; (3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women (the costs of related examinations (urine pregnancy test) will be covered by this research team); (4) Patients with thermal sensation disorders; (5) Patients with a recent history of back surgery or trauma; (6) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials, those who disagree to participate in this study, or those who are unwilling to cooperate with the treatment.
