Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children meeting the diagnostic criteria for Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia; 2. Aged 3-14 years with clear description of gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea); 3. Completed a 3-day course of oral or intravenous azithromycin; 4. No history of azithromycin or traditional Chinese medicine allergies; 5. Absence of gastrointestinal reactions, digestive system disorders, or acute abdominal conditions; 6. Informed consent from both the child and legal guardian, with signed consent documents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with gastric perforation, pyloric obstruction, severe dysplasia of gastric mucosa, suspected malignant transformation; 2. Patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency, heart failure, cerebrovascular accident, severe infection, malignant tumor; 3. Patients with hypersensitivity to the acupuncture needle used in this study.
