40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and cold coagulation type; 2) No restriction on gender; patients with other knee joint diseases or systemic diseases are excluded; 3) Aged between 40 and 75 years old; 4) Patients for whom surgical treatment is inappropriate and conservative treatment is suitable, and who have not received medication or other therapeutic interventions within the past week; 5) Patients who are informed of the study details and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet diagnostic criteria but have severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, etc. 2) Patients with mental illness; 3) Pregnant and breastfeeding women, those with fever, and individuals with coagulation disorders; 4) Individuals under 40 years old or over 75 years old; 5) Those taking hormonal medications which may affect treatment outcomes; 6) Patients with other bone diseases such as knee joint tuberculosis, tumors, rheumatism, and rheumatoid arthritis, which are not classified as osteoarthritis.
