20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets CSR diagnostic criteria: 2. Have not received other treatments within 1 week prior to enrollment; 3. Age between 20 to 60 years old; 4. No prior spinal surgery; 5. No surgical indications; 6. Stable vital signs; 7. Have been fully informed about the content of this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for massage and traction (e.g., unstable vertebrae, neck tumors, cervical spine fractures, severe spinal canal stenosis, etc.); 2. Accompanied by other spinal diseases; 3. Suffer from other serious illnesses or injuries; 4. Unable to cooperate with treatment due to cognitive, intellectual, or mental issues; 5. Accompanied by diseases of the nervous system, skin, or blood; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Accompanied by skin diseases.
