Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet TCM and Western medicine diagnostic criteria for cervical vertigo; 2. Adults aged 20-75 years; 3. Voluntarily discontinue any treatments or medications that may affect research efficacy evaluation during the trial period; 4. Willing to accept the study treatment; 5. Agree and sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe underlying diseases such as severe hypertension, severe heart disease, severe liver/kidney dysfunction; 2. Vestibular vertigo, central vertigo, ocular vertigo, psychogenic vertigo, or systemic disease-related vertigo; 3. Patients with bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, spinal cervical spondylosis, or acute head/neck inflammation where massage therapy is contraindicated; 4. Patients with severe cervical instability, severe spinal canal stenosis, or cervical fractures meeting surgical indications; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Patients with skin lesions at cervical manipulation sites or intolerance to massage therapy.
