Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata. (2) Disease duration =6 months, age 18-60 years, gender. (3) No prior systemic treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, etc., or have discontinued such treatments for =1 month. (4) Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, or malignant tumors; (2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals who are intolerant to the components of the Paeoniae Radicis and Glycyrrhizae Decoction or moxibustion therapy; (3) Patients with mental disorders.
