55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Kellgren-Lawrence grade II–III. (2) TCM syndrome differentiation: "excessive Badagan Heyi syndrome". (3) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score = 4, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) score = 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other severe joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc. (2) Suffering from severe diseases of vital organs such as heart, liver and kidney, or mental illness that makes the patient unable to cooperate with treatment and testing. (3) Having used drugs affecting metabolism or inflammatory indicators within the past 1 month, such as glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, intra-articular injection therapy, etc. (4) Pregnant or lactating women.
