Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are: 1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Disease [119] and are diagnosed through imaging examinations; 2) Age between 18 and 75 years old, registered in rural areas, and residing in rural areas for more than 6 months per year; 3) Clear consciousness, able to independently or cooperate with researchers to complete data collection and intervention; 4) Having and proficient in using smartphones; 5) Middle school or above education level, patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) score of 5-19 points, depression level is mild, moderate, moderate to severe; 6) According to the physician's judgment, the patient has left the acute phase and the condition is stable, and early functional exercise can begin; 7) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria for this study are: 1) accompanied by other serious organic lesions, such as malignant tumors, heart failure, renal failure, respiratory failure, severe trauma, etc; 2) Taking psychotropic drugs; 3) I am currently participating in other psychological treatments or interventions.
