Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) medical students with depressive (= 53 points) emotions were screened out from the sophomores of Chongqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In the following situations the intervention is considered ineffective and will not be statistically processed. (1) Participants who withdraw from the study halfway for any reason. (2) Participants who fail to receive the intervention as required due to various reasons or those who do not participate in the scale assessment after the intervention. (3) Participants who have experienced major life events (such as the loss of a loved one) within the past month which affect their emotional fluctuations.
