Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia as defined by ICSD-3; (2) The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score is greater than 7, and the ISI score is = 8; (3) Age range is 18 to 65 years old, with no gender restrictions; (4) Can understand the content of the scale, cooperate with the treatment and complete the corresponding assessment, and has no communication barriers; (5) Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from obstructive sleep apnea syndrome or other sleep disorders such as restless legs syndrome; (2) Clearly diagnosed central nervous system diseases including epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, depression, anxiety disorder, etc.; (3) In the acute stage of underlying diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, chronic nephritis, chronic pain, etc.; (4) Pregnant patients; (5) Regularly using sedative-hypnotic or antipsychotic drugs for more than 3 consecutive months, or not using such drugs in the 1 month prior to the study. (6) Those who are still participating in other clinical trials and have not completed them.
