40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients meeting diagnostic criteria confirmed as shoulder periarthritis in freezing stage; (2) Aged 40-70 years, gender unrestricted; (3) Voluntarily participate, complete treatment as scheduled, and sign informed consent. Note: Must meet all above criteria for inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant/lactating women, allergic constitution, abnormal skin sensation or lesions; (2) Systemic fever/infection, acute severe visceral diseases, bleeding tendency, trauma, tumors, osteoporosis or coagulation disorders; (3) Received physiotherapy/surgery/medication within one week prior; (4) Unable to cooperate with scale assessments or efficacy evaluation; (5) Shoulder MRI indicating severe rotator cuff injury requiring surgery. Note: Exclusion applies if any criterion is met.
