Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 60–80 years. 2) Able to walk independently or with the assistance of aids for a certain distance (the specific distance to be determined based on actual testing). 3) Mentally clear, able to understand and sign the informed consent form, and willing to cooperate with the entire research process, including regular follow-ups, various tests, and the implementation of interventions. 4) No severe mental illness or significant cognitive impairment. 5) Fall risk assessed within a certain range (determined based on fall risk assessment tools, such as the evaluation criteria in the former Ministry of Health's Technical Guidelines for Fall Prevention in the Elderly). 6) Equal numbers of males and females required at enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cardiocerebrovascular diseases (e.g., recent myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmias, acute phase of cerebrovascular accident, etc.), severe respiratory diseases (e.g., severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc.), severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, or other conditions that severely affect physical function and exercise capacity. 3) Currently participating in other interventional studies or trials that may affect the results of this research. 2) Neurological conditions affecting lower limb motor function (e.g., advanced Parkinson's disease, severe spinal cord injury, etc.) or joint diseases (e.g., severe arthritis with joint deformity, recent joint replacement surgery, etc.). 4) Severe visual or hearing impairment that hinders normal communication and cooperation with researchers during testing and instruction
