Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with mild/moderate POAG in one/both eyes (Hodapp-Parrish-Anderson criteria) =3 months; Age =18 and =65 years, any gender; Stable use of prostaglandin analogs (PGA), carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (CAI), ß-adrenergic blockers, a2-adrenergic agonists, Rho kinase inhibitors (monotherapy or dual therapy) =1 month before enrollment; IOP =18 mmHg and =25 mmHg; Anterior chamber angle Shaffer grade =2; Central corneal thickness (CCT) 480-600 µm in study eye; Voluntary informed consent and compliance with trial procedures. Note: Hodapp-Parrish-Anderson criteria: Mild (mean deviation (MD) > -6 dB), Moderate (MD -12 to -6 dB), Severe (MD < -12 dB).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in other oral/topical trials or use of non-protocol IOP-affecting medications (e.g., corticosteroids, antihypertensives) within 1 month; Ophthalmic laser/surgical treatment =6 months before enrollment; Active intraocular inflammation/infection; Best Corrected Visual Acuity (BCVA) <20/40; Vision-affecting ocular pathologies (e.g., cataract, moderate/severe diabetic retinopathy); Corneal abnormalities (scarring, dystrophy); Electroacupuncture contraindications: a) Inability to complete treatment (pacemaker/implantable device, epilepsy), b) Coagulation disorders/thrombocytopenia/anticoagulant use (warfarin, rivaroxaban); Pregnancy/lactation/pregnancy planning.
