18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for MHD; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2025 Asian Guidelines on Sarcopenia (AWGS); 3) Aged between 18 and 80 years. 4) Undergoes dialysis at least three times per week. 5) Is able to walk independently and has no physical disabilities. 6) Is able to communicate verbally without difficulty. 7) Has voluntarily agreed to participate in this study and has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unable to cooperate with relevant examinations or questionnaires; 2) Presence of serious complications, such as malignant tumours, acute heart failure, severe infections, etc.; 3) Having received treatment with corticosteroids or immunosuppressants within the past 6 months; 4) Presence of open wounds or poor wound healing; 5) Problems with dialysis catheters or arteriovenous fistulas, such as infection, thrombosis, or catheter displacement/dislodgement; 6) Being pregnant or breastfeeding; 7) An increase in dry weight of >5% between dialysis sessions.
