18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–70 years; 2) Diagnosed with gallstones or gallbladder polyps and scheduled for LC; 3) Conscious, with no communication barriers, and able to complete questionnaires independently or with assistance; 4) Informed consent obtained voluntarily for participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1) Comorbid severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or neuropsychiatric disorders; 2) Presence of hearing or cognitive impairment that would hinder cooperation with intervention and assessment; 3) Emergency surgery; 4) History of chronic pain or long-term use of sedatives, analgesics, or anxiolytics; 5) Individuals with skin lesions, inflammation, or eczema on the auricle.
