40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in Western medicine.2)Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine.3)Meet the diagnostic criteria of shoulder-hand syndrome.4)Aged between 40 and 70 years old.5)The course of the disease ranges from 10 days to 1 year.6)Patients who are conscious and have stable vital signs.7)Those who cooperate with the research of this project and give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Aged under 40 years or over 70 years2)Transient ischemic attack (TIA), lacunar infarction, brainstem infarction, or asymptomatic cerebral infarction3)Patients with cerebral hemorrhage who have undergone craniotomy, and patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage4)Pregnant or lactating women5)Those with severe primary diseases of the hepatic, renal, hematopoietic, or endocrine systems6)Patients with mental illness7)Cerebral embolism confirmed by examination to be caused by brain tumor, traumatic brain injury, cerebral parasitosis, metabolic disorders, rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease, or other heart diseases complicated with atrial fibrillation8)Those with other shoulder disorders
