Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for discogenic low back pain as mentioned above; 2)Be aged between 18 and 80 years old, with the ability to act independently; 3)Have complete imaging report materials and clear, readable images; 4)Have not received any other relevant conservative treatment within one month before participating in the study; 5)Have a good basic physical condition, without any other serious or acute diseases; 6)Voluntarily join the study, accept the study treatment, sign the informed consent form, be able to comply with the study arrangements, agree to follow the instructions and receive relevant treatments, and be able to persist until the end of the treatment course.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the disease diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria described in this study; 2) Those who have undergone lumbar surgery or other major surgeries; 3) Those with severe conditions accompanied by serious complications such as paraplegia and incontinence; 4) Those with imaging findings suggesting multi-segmental lumbar spondylolisthesis, or combined with lumbar spinal stenosis, spondylolysis, scoliosis, or severe deformity, infection, tuberculosis, fracture, tumor, etc. of the lumbar spine; 5) Those with local skin ulceration, infection, or inflammation; 6) Those with a history of upper gastrointestinal inflammation, ulcer, bleeding, perforation, or tumor; 7) Those with a history of drug abuse or alcoholism, or drug allergy; 8) Those with severe diseases in various internal systems such as the brain, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 9) Those who are not suitable for massage or drug treatment due to various conditions such as preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, or lactation; 10) Those who have been receiving massage or painkiller treatment for other diseases in the past month, or are currently participating in other clinical studies.
