Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Must meet the diagnostic criteria for high-complexity anal fistula; (2) Age between 18 and 60 years old, with no gender restrictions; (3) Preoperative auxiliary examination results will not impact the treatment of this disease; (4) Establish an intravenous line before surgery; (5) Be informed about the study content, sign the informed consent form, and be willing to accept long-term follow-up after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hematological disorders or diseases of the heart, brain, or kidneys; those who have recently taken immunosuppressants or anticoagulants; (2) Patients with organic conditions such as tumors or inflammatory bowel disease; (3) Patients with anal fistulas caused by systemic infections such as hematological or tuberculosis-related infections; (4) Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (5) Patients with allergies to relevant medications, those with allergic constitutions, or those with a tendency to develop keloids; (6) Patients with mental disorders or those who have taken psychotropic medications in the past three months.
