18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years; (2) ASA: II-III class; (3) Patients planned to undergo thoracoscopic segmentectomy of the lung; (4) Pulmonary function meets surgical requirements (FEV1 = 60% of the predicted value); (5) Voluntarily signed the relevant informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with vagus nerve lesions or skin lesions of the ear; (2) Patients with a forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) 37.5°C and those who have consumed antioxidants; (3) Patients who have used immunosuppressants or antioxidants within the past three months; (4) Patients with pacemakers; (5) Patients who have undergone acupuncture or acupoint stimulation; (6) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Extubation Time (from the end of surgery to removal of the endotracheal tube);Post-Anesthesia Care Unit Stay Time (from entering the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit to meeting the criteria for transfer out);Postoperative hospitalization days;Postoperative 24-hour recovery quality: assessed using the '15-item Recovery Quality Scale'.;Postoperative pulmonary complications: including pleural effusion, atelectasis, respiratory failure, pneumonia, etc., record the incidence rate.;
