Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC), according to the 2023 Chinese Medical Association IBD Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Disease duration of 6 months or longer; 4. Possesses the ability to read and comprehend written information; 5. Understands the purpose of the study and provides informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumours present perioperatively and/or concurrently; 2. Individuals with psychiatric disorders requiring psychiatric treatment; 3. Pregnancy; Refusal to participate.
