50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (2) Age =50 years and =80 years, gender (3) Body Mass Index (BMI) <35 kg/m² (4) KL grade =III (5) Volunteers who agree to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with a history of knee trauma and surgery (2) Patients with tears or ruptures of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments, collateral ligaments, and menisci (3) Patients with knee conditions such as tumors, tuberculosis, or osteomyelitis (4) Patients with psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, osteoporosis, or metabolic bone diseases (5) Patients with impaired brain function (6) Patients with independent or unstable walking ability (7) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, severe cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, or mental disorders
