Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: According to the patient's medical history, clinical symptoms and signs, imaging data and laboratory test results, the diagnostic criteria are the Expert Consensus on Step Therapy of Knee Osteoarthritis (2018 Edition) formulated by the Joint Surgery Group of Orthopedic Branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2018. Inclusion criteria: 1) patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria and have Kellgren-Lawrence grade I-III in imaging examination in the past six months or the total score of WOMAC is less than 48; 2) Age is 50-75 years old, regardless of sex; 3) No drugs and treatments that may conflict with this study have been used in recent 2 weeks; (4) Accept all the schemes of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with damage and infection around the knee joint who are not suitable for needle knife treatment; (2) Patients with knee joint diseases such as rheumatism, rheumatoid disease and tuberculosis; (3) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental diseases that may affect the implementation of the plan; (4) Physical history or clinical manifestations of bleeding tendency, including those who are currently using anticoagulants; (5) allergic to local anesthetics; (6) Those who can't tolerate acupuncture and knife treatment due to old age, mental stress, hunger, fatigue and other reasons; (7) According to the researcher's judgment, it is easy to cause lost visitors or other reasons that are not suitable for selection.
