18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for both sepsis and acute kidney injury; (2) Patients classified as KDIGO stage 1 or 2 acute kidney injury; (3) SOFA score < 12 points; (4) Subjects aged 18 to 75 years; (5) Subjects or their authorized representatives fully understand and voluntarily consent to participate in the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic renal insufficiency, classified as CKD stage 2 or above; (2) Acute kidney injury, KDIGO stage 3; (3) Requires renal replacement therapy within 24 hours; (4) Conditions within the past 30 days that are unsuitable for colonic drip infusion, such as perianal surgery or perianal skin breakdown; (5) Conditions unsuitable for colonic drip infusion, including confirmed colorectal tumors or colorectal surgery within the past six months; (6) Confirmed active gastrointestinal bleeding; (7) Pregnant or lactating patients; (8) Patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine treatment aimed at clearing heat, detoxifying, and promoting bowel movement.
