Chronic nonspecific low back pain

Interventions

Long Sha Massage Group:(1) transport, transport the low back pain point with the middle finger, turn around on all sides, flow with blood, and promote the collaterals
2) Press, with the palm of your right hand, along the Du Meridian to the lumbosacral region, and press it straight to open the occlusion and guide Yin and Yang
(3) Pinch, using big fingernail claws to prick, and taking Yaoyangguan, Shenshu, Dachangshu, Huantiao and Ashi as acupoints to pinch instead of acupuncture
4 rub, put your hands together, put them on your waist and hips, and turn around to rub
5) Push: hold the big finger side with lubricant and push it upward along the bladder meridian
6) Moe, the palm is rubbed on the waist and sacrum, which should not be urgent or slow, and take the meaning of neutralization
7) Shake, fix the lower limbs, shake the waist, and the technique should be light rather than heavy to activate the meridians and qi and blood

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =18 years and =65 years, no gender restrictions; 2) Meets diagnostic criteria for nonspecific low back pain; 3) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score >3 and =7; 4) Volunteers who participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of spinal surgery; 2) History of severe spinal trauma; 3) Patients with spinal bone tumor, tuberculosis, osteoporosis, etc. 4) Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness; 5) pregnant and lactating women; 6) Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function; 7) There are other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infections; 8) Those who are not suitable for MRI examination: those who install pacemakers, those who have or are suspected of having metallic foreign bodies in the eyeball, those who have silver clip ligation of aneurysms, those who have metallic foreign bodies left in their bodies or metal prostheses, critically ill patients with life-threatening and claustrophobic patients, etc. 9) Unwilling to join this experiment.
