Sham acupuncture group:Use a blunt-tipped dummy needle to gently touch the skin without piercing it.
blank control group:Do not accept any intervention in the buccal area.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Age 18–40 years Full-term pregnancy (gestational age =37 weeks), singleton pregnancy Elective cesarean section at the lower uterine segment ASA class II Voluntary signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: - Preoperative gastrointestinal diseases, severe abnormalities in liver and kidney function, or coagulation disorders - Facial skin infections, trauma, or anatomical abnormalities, making buccal intervention impossible - History of needle phobia or syncope upon needle insertion - Conversion to general anesthesia during the procedure - Presence of mental or cognitive impairments, making cooperation with the study impossible
