Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure set out in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2024"; (2) Age > 18 years old, communication barrier-free; (3) Patients with symptomatic heart failure, cardiac function grade 3~4, dyspnea, fluid retention and edema, fatigue and weakness, and moderate to severe thirst problems.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe damage to vital organ function and mental illness. (2) Communication disorders caused by visual, hearing, speech, or comprehension problems. (3)Patients with invisible thirst and inconspicuous thirst. (4)Pregnant women, those with local skin damage, redness, swelling, or bleeding tendencies.(5)Unwilling to participate in this study.
