Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65 to 80 years old; 2. Meet diagnostic criteria for sarcopenic osteoporosis: - Sarcopenia (AWGS 2019 criteria): Grip strength below the critical value (males <28 kg, females <18 kg) and 5-time sit-to-stand test duration =12 seconds; - Osteoporosis: Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) measurement, lumbar spine (L1-L4) or hip bone density T-score =-2.5; 3. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score =24 points, with basic cognitive ability; able to operate a smartphone or tablet computer; 4. Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe or unstable cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, or kidney diseases; 2. Having a history of fracture or orthopedic surgery in the past six months; 3. Suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson's disease, or other neurological or autoimmune diseases that affect mobility; 4. Long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism or muscle (e.g., glucocorticoids, androgens, etc.); 5. Having contraindications for exercise or being deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator.
