Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke, first-time onset, and time from onset to enrollment does not exceed 14 days; (2) No gender restrictions, age between 18 and 80 years inclusive; (3) First-time stroke or previous stroke did not result in significant disability (mRS 0 points); (4) Understands, agrees to participate in this study, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage, neurodegenerative diseases, neurological infections, or neurological tumors; (2) Patients who undergo cerebral vascular interventional therapy after admission; (3) Patients classified as "other confirmed etiology" according to the TOAST criteria; (4) Patients with mental illness who are unable to cooperate; (5) Patients with absolute contraindications for near-infrared spectroscopy, cranial magnetic resonance imaging, or electroencephalography, such as those with implanted cardiac pacemakers; (6) Patients who are breastfeeding or of childbearing age.
