Interventions

Sodium sulfate group:Basic treatment and apply mirabilite externally on the abdomen
Liuhe Dan group:Basic treatment plus external application of Liuhe Dan on the abdomen
Joint group:Basic treatment plus topical application of Glauber's salt on the abdomen, followed by topical application of Liuhe Dan.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2) Onset time = 10 days; 3)Age = 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Partial skin breakage; 2) Those with allergies or allergies to Liuhedan; 3) Those who need surgery those who are automatically discharged and those who are transferred to ICU for treatment; 4) Patients with severe respiratory cardiovascular and cerebrovascular hematologic and mental diseases; 5) Pregnant and lactating women; 6) Those who have been treated with other similar drugs since the onset of this disease; 7) Those who have poor compliance and cannot adhere to the treatment plan; 8) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria or whose data are seriously incomplete and affect the judgment of efficacy.
