Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for dampness-prone constitution in traditional Chinese medicine, prediabetes, and borderline elevated lipid levels; 2. Be at least 18 years old, of any gender, and a local resident for at least 5 years; 3. Have no severe physical disabilities, be conscious and mentally alert, and able to communicate normally; 4. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Temporary and floating population; 2. Individuals with severe health conditions who are unable to participate in the survey; 3. Individuals with mental disorders who are unable to complete questionnaire surveys or other research tasks; 4. Individuals unwilling to undergo follow-up examinations for the project; 5. Individuals deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the researchers.
