50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the surgical criteria for TKA;(2) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine;(3) Within 48 hours after the primary TKA;(4) Having a clear consciousness and being able to cooperate with the treatment;(5) Providing informed consent from the patients;(6) Being conscious with normal cognitive and perceptual functions, and capable of evaluating subjective indicators such as pain and satisfaction reasonably and accurately.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having contraindications to thermotherapy: with metal implants in the body (e.g., bone fracture plates, steel nails, cardiac pacemakers, etc.);(2) With local skin damage, infection or allergy;(3) Having active infection with a body temperature above 38.0 ?;(4) Suffering from severe critical conditions such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
