Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Aged 18 to 50 years, regardless of gender; (2)Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m²; (3)Volunteer to sign the informed consent form, able to complete one month of breathing training according to the study requirements, and cooperate with all tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Inability or perceived risk of non-compliance with the study protocol (e.g., shift work, frequent business travel); (2)Current use of medications that may influence breathing patterns (e.g., sedatives, beta-blockers); (3)History of cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological, or musculoskeletal diseases; severe anxiety, depression, or autonomic dysfunction; (4)History of respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary fibrosis, or respiratory failure; (5)Diagnosis of respiratory allergic diseases (e.g., allergic rhinitis, allergic asthma, cough-variant asthma) and regular use of corticosteroids within 4 weeks prior to screening or at present; (6)Regular practice of yoga or other traditional mind-body exercises (e.g., Tai Chi, Qigong, Baduanjin) =3 times per week, with each session lasting =30 minutes, within 6 months prior to screening.
