Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for gout mentioned above; 2) The TCM syndrome type is damp heat accumulation type; 3) Age range: 14-60 years old; 4) High compliance, able to cooperate in completing relevant clinical observations; 5) Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious complications of other systems such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2) Patients taking uric acid lowering drugs other than buxostat simultaneously; 3) Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 4) Patients with digestive ulcers or even bleeding; 5) Patients who are allergic to treatment drugs; 6) Patients with poor compliance who cannot cooperate with the observation and treatment of this study. 7) Pregnant patients.
