Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for frozen shoulder specified in the Criteria for Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases and Syndromes issued by the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and are in the freezing phase of frozen shoulder. 2.Aged 45 to 70 years old. 3.Patients who have not received other relevant treatments in the past week. 4.Patients with a clear consciousness who can describe their condition accurately and objectively. 5.Patients who have a correct understanding of this study and voluntarily participate in it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary periarthritis of the shoulder have a clear history of surgery or trauma in the neck or upper limbs; 2. They have cervical spondylosis, fractures and ligament ruptures; 3. They have shoulder joint tuberculosis or tumors; 4. Patients with shoulder pain caused by other diseases such as cholecystitis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 5. Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, lung, liver, kidney diseases and mental disorders; 6. Pregnant women and lactating women; 7. Those who do not agree to cooperate with clinical treatment and observation.
