Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 18 and 85 years; (2) Have undergone maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months, with a dialysis frequency of three times per week; (3) Have experienced pruritus for over 6 months, meeting the diagnostic criteria for uremic pruritus; (4) Patients have provided signed informed consent and fully understand the trial details.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Intolerance to acupuncture treatment, such as fainting during needle insertion; (2) Pruritus caused by other diseases; (3) Local skin infections, ulcers, tumors, or rashes at the acupuncture sites; (4) History of spontaneous bleeding or bleeding tendency, or presence of skin petechiae or purpura; (5) Inability to cooperate in completing assessments (e.g., due to encephalopathy, mental disorders, etc.); (6) Participation in any other drug or medical device clinical trials within the past month; (7) Use of any medications affecting pruritus within the past week; (8) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; (9) Incomplete clinical data.
