Interventions
Experimental group:Massage combined with Lysolofen sodium patch therapy is used as needed, supplemented with health education.
Conventional control group:Loxoprofen sodium patch medication is used as needed, supplemented with health education

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Course of illness exceeds 3 months, with recurrent episodes or chronic presentation; (2) No obvious cause, no nerve root involvement or spinal canal stenosis; (3) Pain and discomfort in the area below the costal margin, above the horizontal gluteal line, and between the mid-axillary lines on both sides, with or without lower limb traction pain; (4) Physical examination shows localized or widespread tenderness or percussion pain in the lumbar and back region; (5) Lumbar imaging shows no obvious abnormalities; (6) Neurological examination usually does not show sensory, motor, or tendon reflex abnormalities; (7) Age 18-60 years; VAS score in the past 7 days =3 and =7; no lumbar-related Chinese or Western medical treatment in the past 2 weeks; signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Low back pain secondary to internal medicine-related diseases, with a clear diagnosis after relevant laboratory and imaging examinations; 2. Imaging indicates lumbar disc protrusion; 3. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney dysfunction, or severe damage, or those with coagulation disorders; 4. Patients who cannot receive medical treatment due to mental illness or cognitive impairment; 5. Patients allergic to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, alcohol, or electrode pads; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women
