18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–65 years; 2) Hyperuricemia (male sUA > 420 µmol/L, female sUA > 360 µmol/L) or gout in remission (no acute flare in the past 4 weeks); 3) Signed informed consent and willingness to comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe hepatic/renal insufficiency; Other systemic inflammatory diseases; Use of antibiotics or probiotic supplements within the past 4 weeks; Pregnancy/lactation; Deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment. 5) Those who are allergic to the study drugs.
