Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Western medicine diagnostic criteria for Mycoplasma pneumonia, in accordance with the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic standards; aged 3-11 years, regardless of gender; parents or guardians of the subjects sign the informed consent form and are able to cooperate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with allergies to macrolide antibiotics, congenital immune deficiencies, congenital heart disease, severe complications such as heart failure, respiratory failure, hypoxic encephalopathy; those with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine disorders, hematologic diseases, or neurological disorders. Children who have used steroids or immunosuppressants in the past two weeks; children who have used drugs that severely affect liver or kidney function within the past three months.
