Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 60 and 75 years; gender unrestricted; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild cognitive impairment; 3) No structured exercise program within the past 3 months; 4) Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Other obvious diseases that can cause cognitive decline, such as Parkinson's disease, brain tumors, etc.; 2) Patients with multiple severe primary diseases or complications; 3) Patients who are contraindicated for acupuncture, have severe skin damage or lesions at the treatment site, or have a severe tendency to bleed; 4) Patients with severe depression or mental disorders; 5) Patients who have experienced upper or lower limb fractures or received drug therapy for muscle strength and balance within the past 6 months; 6) Severely obese patients (BMI = 30 kg/m²); 7) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for severe Sarcopenia.
