Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2. Age between 18-80 years old. 3. Clinically diagnosed with prediabetes and high-risk population for diabetes. Prediabetes diagnosis: Based on the diagnostic criteria of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999. 2) High-risk population for diabetes: Based on the criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for Diabetes Prevention and Treatment (2024 Edition)".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. = 18 or = 80 years old 2. Individuals with a history of diabetes or those taking antidiabetic medications 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women 4. Individuals with neurological disorders 5. Individuals with unclear speech, unable to communicate normally, or unable to complete the questionnaire 6. Individuals with severe cerebral, cardiac, or vascular diseases, such as cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarction, aortic aneurysm, or arteriosclerotic diseases 7. Individuals unable to communicate with clinical staff or unwilling to participate in the questionnaire survey and follow-up
