experiment group:The experiment group received 12 weeks of Baduanjin exercise (General Administration of Sport of China edition) based on health education.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis of IPF or meeting the diagnostic criteria of primary dry syndrome rheumatoid arthritis etc. accompanied by imaging manifestations or lung histopathologic support; (2) Age between 40-75 years old; (3) Patients with stable vital signs conscious mind and ability to express themselves. (4) Voluntarily participated in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Resting Saturation of Peripheral Oxygen<90%; (2) FEV1 or DLCO (or DLCO/VA)%pred <40%; (3) Combined severe heart brain liver kidney and blood system and other serious diseases or chronic diseases patients in the acute stage of various diseases; (4) Patients with severe mobility problems or even bedridden; (5) Patients with delirium dementia various cognitive disorders/psychiatric disorders and those who are unwilling to cooperate; (6) Patients with worsening dyspnea within the last 30 days or new ground glass shadows and/or solid shadows on chest HRCT; (7) Patients who practiced traditional Chinese medicine gongfu (e.g. taijiquan six-letter word other qigong etc.) or 150min of moderate-intensity (brisk walking at a speed of about 5km/h and cycling at a speed of 16km/h) or 75min of high-intensity (ball games hiking swimming and fast cycling) aerobic activity per week in the past 3 months.
