Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged = 65 years undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal resection; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Preoperative Idiopathic Chronic Fatigue Syndrome?(ICFS-10 )score < 3 points (excluding baseline fatigue state)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.With severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or immune dysfunction 2.bnormal blood clotting (INR > 1.5), skin damage or infection 3.having received acupuncture treatment within the last 3 months
