Control Group:Calcium Carbonate D3, Salmon Calcitonin, Celecoxib
Experimental Group:On the basis of the treatment received by the control group, the compound formula "Bu Jin Fang" was orally administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). 2.Aged between 60 and 75 years. 3.Preoperative assessment confirms no contraindications for surgery or anesthesia. 4.First-time occurrence of single-segment lumbar vertebral fracture treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP). 5.Presence of low back pain on the first postoperative day. 6.Conforms to the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome pattern of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures not related to osteoporosis; 2. Conditions such as lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar tuberculosis, or lumbar spondylolisthesis that may lead to residual pain symptoms; 3. Time interval from injury to surgery exceeds 3 weeks; 4. Patients allergic to the medications used in this study; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, or kidney diseases that may affect the study.
