Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for optic atrophy; 2. Able to cooperate with fundus and related visual function examinations; 3. Patients with optic atrophy aged between 16 and 80 years old; 4. Etiological causes: trauma, ischemia, tumor compression leading to optic nerve lesions; 5. Traumatic optic neuropathy and tumor-compression-induced optic neuropathy with a disease course of =1 month, and ischemic optic neuropathy with a disease course of =2 months, all having entered the optic atrophy stage; 6. Volunteers willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of allergy to topical medications used in the formula; 2. Presence of ocular surface diseases that prevent compliance with iontophoresis treatment plans; 3. Accompanying other ocular conditions such as optic neuritis, glaucoma, etc.; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with poorly controlled systemic diseases, poor adherence, or severe mental disorders.
