Interventions

Exposure group:Patients who receive treatment in accordance with the recommended regimens in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Integrated Traditional Chinese
Control Group 1:Patients who only receive standard Western medical treatment regimens
Control Group 2:Patients who only receive the traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan recommended by the guideline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine: Refer to the 1987 American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification standard or the 2010 ACR/ European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) RA classification standard, and the score is =6 points. 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes: Refer to the diagnosis of "rheumatic arthralgia" or "Wang arthralgia" under "arthralgia" in the "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Standards for TCM Diseases and Syndromes", as well as one of the seven TCM syndrome classification diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine". 3.DAS28 score > 2.6. 4.Age between 18 and 75 years old, gender not limited. 5.The patient was informed of this study and voluntarily cooperated with the observation and treatment, and agreed and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with overlapping other rheumatic diseases, such as ankylosing spondylitis, Sjogren's syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction such as cardiovascular, pulmonary (pulmonary interstitial fibrosis), liver, kidney and hematopoietic system. 3. Those who have contraindications or are allergic to certain components of the Chinese or Western medicines involved in this study. 4. Accompanied by infections that cannot be controlled by medication (such as chickenpox, measles, fungal or viral infections). 5. Women who are breastfeeding or have recent plans to have children. 6. Patients with severe mental illness (past or present) and epilepsy. 7. Patients who are participating in other interventional clinical studies.
